Sales Manager

The Sales Manager position in McMinnville, OR (onsite) focuses on leading the in-store customer service experience through lead generation, agreement closing, and ongoing customer support, while helping maintain showroom presentation and supporting key operational needs.

Location and Schedule

Onsite role in McMinnville, OR. The schedule is flexible, with availability required between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

Compensation

Pay: $17.25 to $19.25 per hour (USD 17 - 19 per hourly).

Education

HS diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and close agreements
• Process renewal payments
• Physically handle merchandise to help keep showroom floors in good condition
• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships
• Set sales goals and drive new business using marketing strategies
• Assist the General Manager with operational functions
• Assist with deliveries when a driver is not available

Requirements

• Age: 21 years old (18 in Canada)
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred
• Two years of college or previous management experience preferred
• Valid state Driver’s License and must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting 50 lbs without help and 300 lbs with a dolly (training and safety tools provided)
