Sales Manager

Adriana’s Insurance in the Inland Empire, CA is seeking a Bilingual Sales Manager to manage day-to-day office operations and lead a sales team focused on daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals. The role also supports employee onboarding, customer service standards, and sales closing activities in an in-person work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily office operations to support peak efficiency.
• Lead and support the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Coordinate employee scheduling and staff assignments to maximize productivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to promote client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with regional and upper management to implement company strategies.
• Support onboarding, training, and development for new hires.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist with closing sales.

Requirements

• Previous experience in auto insurance, personal lines insurance, insurance sales, or an insurance brokerage environment (preferred but not required).
• Prior sales leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Sales-driven mindset with experience meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems.

Location and Schedule

• Work location: In person
• Location: Inland Empire, CA
• Schedule: Monday-Friday plus every other Saturday

Compensation

• Base salary: $70,304 per year
• Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses
• Potential earnings: Ability to earn more than $150k yearly
