Sales Manager

Adriana’s Insurance is seeking a Sales Manager for an in-person role in Ventura County, CA. The position manages day-to-day office operations while leading a bilingual (English/Spanish) sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets, with added support across onboarding, compliance, and sales closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily office operations to support peak efficiency.
• Lead and support a sales team with the goal of meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales outcomes.
• Coordinate employee scheduling and staff assignments to maximize productivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with regional and upper management to help implement company strategies.
• Support onboarding, training, and development for new hires.
• Maintain supplies and office equipment while ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance expectations.
• Assist with closing sales.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related systems.
• Prior sales leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Sales-driven mindset with experience meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Insurance sales experience (preferred): 2 years.
• Office management experience (preferred): 2 years.
• Customer service experience (preferred): 2 years.

Licenses and Certifications

• Personal Lines License (preferred).
• Property & Casualty License (preferred).

Compensation and Schedule

Salary: USD 70,304 per year, plus performance-based bonuses. The position offers the ability to earn more than $150k per year.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, plus every other Saturday.
