Store Sales Manager

Beaches Tanning and Spa is seeking Store Managers, including Assistant and Associate Store Managers, to lead day-to-day operations, increase sales performance, and coach a commission-based team. This onsite role in Orem, UT centers on memberships, revenue growth, and building consistent, high-quality guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Own daily store operations and drive overall store performance
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commission sales team
• Drive memberships, commission sales, upgrades, and revenue growth
• Set the pace on the sales floor and lead by example
• Inspire the team to achieve individual and store goals
• Build relationships with guests and deliver an exceptional experience every time
• Train, motivate, and retain top talent
• Monitor team performance and convert goals into results
• Oversee opening, closing, and daily operational standards

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work with people and build strong relationships
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfort working in a commission-driven, goal-focused environment
• Enjoyment of sales and helping guests find the right products and services
• Confident, dependable, positive, and self-motivated work style
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Open availability 7 days a week and able to work a variety of shifts, including opening and closing
• 3+ years of proven sales and management success in beauty, spa, wellness, or retail
• Competitive mindset, coachable approach, and motivation to win as a team

Compensation

USD 25 - 32 per hour

Additional earning potential includes uncapped commissions and store bonus opportunities with performance incentives.
