Responsibilities

Independently source and qualify national opportunities across commercial verticals, with a focus on S&P 500 companies
Initiate and lead client conversations from first contact through discovery, proposal, and term sheet
Partner with executive leadership to negotiate commercial documents toward binding agreements
Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline independently, prioritizing quality over volume
Develop tailored proposals and external communications
Learn the fundamentals of the product, plus siting, licensing, and utility energy considerations to speak credibly with customers and move deals forward
Represent Radiant's mission, values, and brand in every customer interaction

Requirements

Proven ability to independently source national opportunities, not just manage inbound leads
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related commercial role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
US citizen or green card holder
Ability to travel and attend in-person meetings
Onsite work at the El Segundo headquarters is required
Willingness to travel for short trips (conferences, customer meetings) 2–3 times per month
Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed

Compensation

Compensation range: $115,000 – $168,000 per year, plus a substantial incentive stock plan for all full-time employees.
