Job Description

T2S Solutions is seeking a remote US Navy Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying, qualifying, and assisting in the capture of new opportunities for Navy clients.

Responsibilities

  • Win new work as a prime (priority) in the US Navy market, including single award Task Orders, contracts, and/or OTAs.
  • Capture on-contract-growth (OCG) wins by leveraging existing contracts with available ceiling/scope, with close coordination with program managers as needed.
  • Own the identification and qualification of high pWIN opportunities through proactive shaping and customer engagements.
  • Assist in capturing qualified opportunities, including building and executing customer call plans and solutioning sessions.
  • Develop opportunities with key Navy hubs and strategic installations.
  • Engage innovation hubs and programs such as SpaceWERX to identify partnership opportunities.
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with US Navy decision-makers, program offices, and industry partners.
  • Build, sustain, analyze, and maintain a multi-year US Navy CRM pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Provide regular updates and gate reviews tracking customer interactions, opportunity stages, and pipeline progress.
  • Conduct CRM updates to keep pipeline volume, velocity, and veracity within T2S established growth standards, aligned to growth objectives.
  • Deliver detailed pipeline reporting, including opportunity health and customer engagement updates (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) as required.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment focused on solutions for complex technical mission challenges.
  • Deliver capability briefings, facilitate teaming discussions, and represent T2S at key industry events and conferences.
  • Collaborate with capture managers, program managers, and other team resources to develop winning capture plans, strategies, and proposal submissions.
  • Support proposal reviews to ensure alignment with customer needs and compliance with requirements.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, collaboration, and a customer-first approach in daily execution.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience performing US Navy business development; must show success winning contracts, OTAs, single award Task Orders, and/or OCG in competitive environments.
  • Ability to leverage trust-based relationships and deep knowledge of the customer base to secure engagements with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Proven capability to shape, qualify, assist in capturing, and win single award Task Orders, contracts, and/or OTAs in a full and open competitive environment.
  • Deep understanding of US Navy missions, acquisition strategies, and decision-making processes.
  • Expert-level pre-solicitation shaping and solutioning experience that produces high pWIN opportunities, including specific examples resulting in awards.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent proven experience).
  • Familiarity with current and emerging Navy priorities in advanced technologies including AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, and quantum computing.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and pipeline management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional growth, innovation, and delivering results.

Location

  • Remote work is aligned ideally near major Navy hubs in San Diego, NCR, or Charleston.
  • Operate remotely from CA, SC, or DC.

  • Relationships and experience working within US Navy organizations.
  • Proven experience developing and executing focused and successful business development strategies.
  • Familiarity with on-contract growth (OCG) strategies and successful program expansion.
  • Broader experience across other DoD markets (plus).
