Responsibilities

  • Independently source and qualify national opportunities across commercial verticals, with a focus on S&P 500 companies
  • Initiate and lead client conversations from first contact through discovery, proposal, and term sheet
  • Partner with executive leadership to negotiate commercial documents toward binding agreements
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline independently, prioritizing quality over volume
  • Develop tailored proposals and external communications
  • Learn the fundamentals of the product, plus siting, licensing, and utility energy considerations to speak credibly with customers and move deals forward
  • Represent Radiant's mission, values, and brand in every customer interaction

Requirements

  • Proven ability to independently source national opportunities, not just manage inbound leads
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related commercial role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • US citizen or green card holder
  • Ability to travel and attend in-person meetings
  • Onsite work at the El Segundo headquarters is required
  • Willingness to travel for short trips (conferences, customer meetings) 2–3 times per month
  • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed

Compensation

Compensation range: $115,000 – $168,000 per year, plus a substantial incentive stock plan for all full-time employees.
