Job Description

Olathe, Kansas onsite District Sales Manager role focused on revenue growth, leading a sales team, and coordinating with Branch Managers and regional leadership to meet sales objectives in assigned territories.

Responsibilities

Motivate and proactively support Outside Sales Representatives in achieving equipment rental, sales, and total revenue targets
Collaborate with the District Manager and Branch Managers to identify new markets, analyze market trends and competitive dynamics, and address profitability factors
Help Branch Managers define sales territories, set goals, and forecast for Outside Sales Reps
Align Inside Sales Rep activities and targets with those of Outside Sales Reps
Support Branch Managers during sales blitzes and organize other customer-focused events to strengthen relationships and drive district sales penetration
Promote revenue growth with Key Accounts, including National Accounts, Strategic Accounts, and assigned accounts, within the district
Encourage efficient and optimal use of Salesforce

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of work experience
7+ years of successful outside sales, sales management, or leadership experience with demonstrated planning, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, and strong interpersonal communication
Proficient computer skills with experience using Salesforce
Strong leadership, customer service, presentation, analytical, and verbal and written communication abilities
Independent self-starter with a structured approach, solid organizational skills, and business acumen
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to meet deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
