Job Description

New York Life is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives in Mississippi. This hybrid role, based in Ridgeland, emphasizes developing strategic recruiting and development plans to expand the Advisory field-force and boost revenue, with travel up to 25%. The position offers a salary range of USD 110,000 to 180,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy strategic recruiting and development programs to meet hiring targets and grow the Advisory field-force and market presence.
Lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance.
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective Advisors.
Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and optimize performance.
