New York Life is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives in Mississippi. This hybrid role, based in Ridgeland, emphasizes developing strategic recruiting and development plans to expand the Advisory field-force and boost revenue, with travel up to 25%. The position offers a salary range of USD 110,000 to 180,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy strategic recruiting and development programs to meet hiring targets and grow the Advisory field-force and market presence.
- Lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective Advisors.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and optimize performance.
