Insurance Sales Managers

Colonial Life is seeking an Insurance Sales Manager in Newnan, GA for a hybrid arrangement. In this independent contractor role, you will coach and develop independent insurance agents while supporting voluntary benefits growth through recruiting, field training, and ongoing client account management.

This position centers on building an effective sales team and driving B2B employee benefits results. Earnings are commission-based and uncapped, with potential for renewal income, bonuses, and recognition through trips, based on sales performance.

Role Overview

• Coach, mentor, and inspire sales agents to perform and grow
• Identify, interview, and recruit new sales agents
• Provide hands-on field training and support collaborative work experiences
• Facilitate sales meetings and training sessions
• Drive B2B employee benefits sales and manage client accounts
• Build strong relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and key decision-makers
• Help cultivate a dynamic, competitive, and team-oriented environment
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with brokers

Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead sales teams
• Insurance sales background with an active Life & Accident/Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
• Self-motivated work ethic with the ability to work independently while inspiring others

Compensation and Job Type

• Job type: Contract (independent contractor)
• Pay: USD 90,000 - 125,000 per year
• Commission-based earnings with renewal income, bonuses, and world-class trips
• Any income range shown is potential pre-tax earnings and not a guaranteed salary or guaranteed earnings
• All earnings are based on sales results and are uncapped
