Job Description

Service Tool Co, LLC is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales execution within an assigned geography and drive progress against daily and weekly regional objectives.

Responsibilities

Exceed daily and weekly regional sales plan objectives through consistent performance
Conduct weekly travel to support selling and servicing customers in the region
Work closely with sales reps to drive increased regional volume
Manage and operate open territories within the assigned geography
Recruit, hire, and train sales reps in the assigned region
Send and maintain daily sales reports to the appropriate stakeholders
Communicate regularly with customers and reps on new products or service offerings
Handle service issues and complaints, resolving items within company guidelines
Sell and service a mix of established and potential customers using Service Tool Co. products
Merchandise display placements according to provided plan-o-grams
Provide consistent, dependable service as scheduled
Complete other duties as assigned
Maintain high personal and moral standards aligned with the Service Tool Co. vision: "Winning By Being The Best At Satisfying America's Impulse Appetite."

Requirements

Strong sales background required
Some management experience preferred, not required
Performance-focused on exceeding daily and weekly sales plan objectives
