Job Description

DG Homes & Remodeling seeks a Sales Manager in Saint Cloud, MN to drive new business, manage client relationships, and lead the sales cycle from initial contact through contract.

Responsibilities

Design and execute strategic sales plans to propel company growth
Prospect and secure remodeling and new home construction opportunities
Create comprehensive estimates, bids, and proposals for residential projects (required)
Visit job sites, take measurements, and define project scope
Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications to establish accurate pricing
Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and referral partners
Lead clients through design, budgeting, and setting project expectations
Coordinate with project managers to ensure seamless handoffs
Monitor the sales funnel, track leads, and analyze closing rates
Stay informed on market trends and materials pricing

Requirements

3+ years of experience in construction sales
Proven history of creating estimates for remodeling and/or new home construction (required)
Strong understanding of residential construction processes from start to finish
Ability to read blueprints, take accurate measurements, and scope projects
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Highly motivated with a solid track record of closing sales
Experience in both remodeling and custom home building
Leadership or team management experience
Knowledge of the Central Minnesota housing market
