Role overview

We are seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow the exterior remodeling sales team. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders while advancing the company’s growth objectives in Wyndham, VA.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach sales reps, including conducting training classes and workshops
• Lead weekly team meetings, monitor performance, and drive quota attainment
• Perform ride alongs and in field coaching to elevate reps' effectiveness
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
• Foster a positive, high performing team culture aligned with company goals

Requirements

• One call close experience in exterior or interior remodeling — required
• 3+ years in sales, 1+ year in sales management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

Details

Location: Wyndham, VA on site. Employment type: Full-time, weekends required. Compensation framework includes base salary, draw, commissions, and bonuses with weekly payout.
