Assistant Sales Manager

Milan Laser Hair Removal is hiring a full-time Assistant Sales Manager for the Miami (Doral), FL team (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Own clinic sales KPIs by delivering an exceptional client experience that supports loyalty and satisfaction
• Provide one-on-one consultations for new clients, focusing on understanding needs and preferences
• Collaborate with the team to apply best practices for engaging current clients
• Drive sales using tailored recommendations and add-on services
• Build lasting client relationships and consistently exceed expectations at every client touchpoint
• Schedule and confirm appointments; communicate with clients
• Maintain and update client records and field incoming calls
• Support medical staff with treatment room upkeep
• Complete opening and closing duties
• Process client financial transactions
• Handle additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) required
• 1+ year of any work experience required
• Experience in a commission-driven and/or sales environment preferred, driving world-class experiences for clients
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) required
• Ability to work independently required
• Ability to work well in a team environment required
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information required
• Ability to use a computer and sales software required
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed by the business required
