Job Description

Corcoran Reverie seeks a Branch Sales Manager and Director of Growth to lead the Franklin office, guide agent development, and drive recruitment and expansion with a focus on operational excellence and brand integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Franklin office to ensure smooth performance and quality service
  • Ensure compliance with Tennessee real estate laws and brokerage standards
  • Review contracts for accuracy, risk awareness, and regulatory alignment
  • Coach and mentor agents to boost performance and enhance the client experience
  • Lead recruitment efforts by identifying, attracting, and onboarding high-caliber agents
  • Partner with executive leadership to implement growth strategies and expand market share
  • Represent the organization with professionalism and credibility in the Franklin and Nashville markets

Requirements

  • Active Tennessee Principal Broker license
  • Experience across all aspects of residential real estate transactions
  • Proven leadership track record, including recruiting and developing agents
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive performance and growth
  • Refined written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Technologically proficient and adaptable in a modern brokerage environment
  • Self-motivated and strategic, with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Ability to maintain an active real estate practice while leading and growing the office

Role Overview

The Branch Sales Manager and Director of Growth functions as both an operational leader and strategic builder. You will oversee day-to-day office performance while shaping expansion through targeted recruiting, agent development, and market presence. The role requires a balance of discipline and vision to maintain compliance and structure while continually elevating the team’s quality and composition. Compensation potential may reach up to USD 150,000+ annually through a combination of base pay and performance-based incentives.

Pay

Up to USD 150,000 per year.
