This remote, senior business development role is designed to expand presence with the U.S. Air Force by leveraging established relationships to shape opportunities and growth strategy. The position offers a competitive annual compensation of USD 150,000 to 200,000, a comprehensive benefits package, and the flexibility of remote work to support national security missions. Responsibilities

  • Grow the Air Force footprint by leveraging established relationships and guiding growth plans to create new opportunities aligned with Air Force missions.
  • Open doors, shape opportunities, and position the organization for enduring success within Air Force programs.
  • Map where decisions are made, understand priority setting, and engage customers early to drive meaningful growth.
  • Lead Air Force growth initiatives for a global organization supporting national security missions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategy and priorities.
  • Deliver immediate impact across a broad portfolio of capabilities and programs.
  • Demonstrate a track record of shaping opportunities before formal solicitations are issued.
  • Guide strategic direction and identify investment areas to fuel future growth.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of USAF, USSF, or DoD Acquisition or Program Management experience, including at least 5 years supporting USAF programs
  • Extensive experience working with DoD and IC government organizations
  • Proven ability to drive business development with minimal supervision
  • Ability to assess the competitive field, including price and non-price evaluation factors
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance
