- Lead commercial discussions covering distribution appointments, territories, product coverage, pricing, inventory commitments, performance expectations, and market development plans.
- Coordinate onboarding and internal implementation for newly appointed OEMs and product lines, ensuring smooth execution across teams.
- Partner with Sales to define target accounts, customer requirements, product opportunities, and concrete implementation actions.
- Equip Sales with product knowledge, commercial positioning, supporting materials, and training so each portfolio is represented effectively.

- Look for ways to expand successful partnerships into additional products, customers, regions, or programs.
- Maintain a qualified OEM development pipeline and accurate commercial records in the CRM.
- Travel internationally as required to meet OEM partners, customers, and internal teams.
What You Bring
- Experience in OEM business development, aerospace distribution, supplier development, product management, strategic sales, aftermarket management, or a related commercial role.
- Proven success securing and developing OEM partnerships, distribution appointments, product-line agreements, or comparable strategic supplier relationships.
- Strong understanding of the aviation or aerospace aftermarket, including OEM priorities, airline procurement, distribution, inventory support, and recurring customer demand.
- Solid commercial knowledge of pricing, gross margin, forecasting, contracts, inventory investment, working capital, and return on investment.
- Experience building credible business cases and presenting commercial proposals to senior decision-makers.
- Track record coordinating cross-functional implementation to enable Sales teams to bring new products to market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- International experience working across countries, cultures, departments, and time zones.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, with comfort producing data-supported commercial reporting.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
