• Pay: $30.00 per hour
• Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week
• Work arrangement: Hybrid remote in Boston, MA 02128
• Location scope: Service area includes the North Shore and other parts of Massachusetts
• Language: Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Impact: Directly serve small business clients while engaging with foundation, corporate, and government decision makers

• Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher and 5+ years of management experience; training in public or business administration
• Licensing: Driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Directly serve our small business clients in the North Shore and elsewhere in MA.
• Demonstrate the ability to interact with foundation, corporate, and government decision makers.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Training in public and/or business administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Spanish.
• Demonstrate the ability to interact with foundation, corporate, and government decision makers.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Driver's license.
• Ability to travel throughout the service area.
• Hybrid remote work location in Boston, MA 02128.
• Available to work 20 hours per week.
