Job Description
Benefits
- Pay: $30.00 per hour
- Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week
- Work arrangement: Hybrid remote in Boston, MA 02128
- Location scope: Service area includes the North Shore and other parts of Massachusetts
- Language: Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Impact: Directly serve small business clients while engaging with foundation, corporate, and government decision makers
- Travel: Ability to travel throughout the service area
- Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher and 5+ years of management experience; training in public or business administration
- Licensing: Driver’s license required
Responsibilities
- Directly serve our small business clients in the North Shore and elsewhere in MA.
- Demonstrate the ability to interact with foundation, corporate, and government decision makers.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Training in public and/or business administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Spanish.
- Demonstrate the ability to interact with foundation, corporate, and government decision makers.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- Driver's license.
- Ability to travel throughout the service area.
- Hybrid remote work location in Boston, MA 02128.
- Available to work 20 hours per week.
