Business Development Professional

ProValidus Medical Staffing is a rapidly growing healthcare staffing agency connecting clinical and non-clinical professionals with facilities across the United States. In this hybrid remote role, the Business Development Professional will help expand the company’s presence by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities in the healthcare sector, with 3-4 days per week on site in Syracuse, NY.

Role Overview

The Business Development Professional drives growth by working with healthcare organizations such as long-term care facilities, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare providers. This position is designed for someone who is results-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment. The work location is hybrid remote in Syracuse, NY 13208, with the ability to commute required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at healthcare facilities.
• Run targeted outreach campaigns using phone, email, and virtual meetings to present tailored staffing solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new client accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Recruiting, Scheduling, HR, and Operations to support seamless client onboarding and ongoing account management.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to leadership.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings when required.

Requirements

• Experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• A proven record of achieving or exceeding sales and growth targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong organization and self-motivation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
