Director of Marketing and Business Development

360 Global Solutions is seeking a Director of Business Development and Marketing to lead growth efforts and manage the marketing function from Huntersville, North Carolina. This in-person role combines client and partnership development with hands-on oversight of experiential campaigns, trade events, and brand activations.

You will set department direction, guide marketing strategy in support of business expansion, and own the planning and execution of events across the customer journey. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll coordinate teams, vendors, budgets, and timelines while ensuring projects move from concept through completion.

What you’ll do

• Drive business development by identifying, pursuing, and securing new client and partnership opportunities to expand into new markets and revenue streams
• Oversee the marketing department, setting strategy and direction for the team
• Develop and execute marketing strategy that supports business growth and strengthens brand positioning
• Oversee or lead trade show planning and execution
• Oversee pop-ups and in-store activations
• Manage Brand Ambassador programs
• Plan and execute national events
• Coordinate vendors and event logistics
• Own department and event budgets and timelines
• Manage full project lifecycles from concept to completion
• Collaborate with the Creative Department on branding and creative direction
• Report directly to the CEO on business development and department performance

What you bring

• Proven experience in marketing leadership and business development, ideally at a director level
• Track record of winning new business and building client relationships
• Ability to bring new business and outside relationships to the agency
• Strong team leadership, vendor management, and budget oversight experience
• Comfortable with occasional travel, including multi-day trips as needed
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Huntersville, NC area
• Must pass a background check

Location and compensation

• Location: Huntersville, NC (onsite)
• Salary: USD 104,000 - 145,000 per year
