Job Description

What you will do
- Maintain an active, visible presence on the sales floor, supporting and guiding customer conversations.
- Monitor team performance, set individual sales goals, and drive results to achieve sales targets.
- Assist with closing sales and resolving client needs when additional support is required.
- Ensure the sales environment stays smooth, organized, and consistently high-performing.
- Deliver a legendary customer experience by engaging clients and building lasting relationships, including ensuring every client is greeted, assisted, and appreciated.
- Oversee client follow-up, including thank-you outreach and review requests.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance updates to support continuous improvement.
- Support training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Help foster a positive, motivated, team-oriented environment, including assisting with recruiting and onboarding as needed.
- Ensure sales transactions are accurate, complete, and properly documented, including adherence to POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, including case counts and diamond verification.
- Oversee merchandise presentation, pricing updates, and tagging accuracy.
- Keep store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards consistently maintained.
- Monitor repair quality control and completion accuracy.
- Support weekly sales meetings and reporting, and assist with minimizing inventory shrink while maintaining internal controls.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively.
- Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned.
