Responsibilities
- Structured Training: Onboarding and hands-on workshops covering insurance products, compliance, client relationship building, and sales strategy.
- Mentorship & Coaching: Learn directly from successful, experienced insurance agents and sales leaders.
- Professional Development: Ongoing skill-building in customer service, needs analysis, policy recommendations, and closing techniques.
- Career Pathing: Grow into roles such as Senior Agent, Team Lead, or Agency Owner.

Requirements
- Driven, goal-oriented individuals with a desire to help others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life, Health, and Accident insurance licenses in the State of Missouri (we'll help!)

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required
