The position offers a salary range of $55,000 to $70,000 per year, a Mon-Fri schedule, and leads provided to jumpstart your success.

Responsibilities

  • Structured Training: Onboarding and hands-on workshops covering insurance products, compliance, client relationship building, and sales strategy.
  • Mentorship & Coaching: Learn directly from successful, experienced insurance agents and sales leaders.
  • Professional Development: Ongoing skill-building in customer service, needs analysis, policy recommendations, and closing techniques.
  • Career Pathing: Grow into roles such as Senior Agent, Team Lead, or Agency Owner.

Requirements

  • Driven, goal-oriented individuals with a desire to help others
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life, Health, and Accident insurance licenses in the State of Missouri (we'll help!)
  • A positive attitude and coachable mindset
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required
