Internet Sales Manager

Jaguar Land Rover Cerritos in Cerritos, CA is seeking an Internet Sales Manager to lead its internet sales team, manage online leads, and support a best-in-class customer experience. This is a contract role focused on turning digital inquiries into sales while maintaining dealership performance metrics.

Role Overview

The Internet Sales Manager will oversee internet lead management and drive day-to-day performance for online sales. Key activities include desk-ing deals for new and used inventory, evaluating customer trade-ins, quoting pricing and availability, and supporting consistent dealership standards related to CSI, gross average, and monthly units.

Key Responsibilities

• Desk deals for both new and used inventory sourced through internet leads
• Appraise customer vehicles as part of the deal process
• Monitor, respond to, and develop internet leads
• Build customer relationships through effective and clear communication
• Provide quotes for pricing, rates, and inventory availability
• Present and demonstrate inventory to prospective customers
• Receive credit applications, both manually and online
• Maintain CSI, gross average, and monthly units to dealership standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of Automotive Dealership experience
• Outgoing personality with demonstrated ability to develop relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership and training skills
• Authorization to work in the USA
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background screening, MVR, and drug test
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation and Job Type

• Salary: USD 6,000 - 10,000 per month
