National Account Executive – Contract Apparel Manufacturing, Business Development Manager – Decorate

SouthPrint is seeking a National Account Executive – Contract Apparel Manufacturing / Business Development Manager – Decorated Apparel to grow contract screen printing and apparel manufacturing business and to cultivate long-term strategic accounts. This on-site role is based in Martinsville, Virginia, offering a salary range of USD 52,000 to 76,000 per year plus incentives. The position centers on building new business and maintaining relationships with promotional product suppliers, apparel companies, distributors, and national brands.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new contract screen printing and apparel manufacturing opportunities.
• Foster relationships with promotional product suppliers, apparel brands, distributors, and national accounts.
• Create opportunities through prospecting, referrals, industry contacts, trade shows, and leveraging existing relationships.
• Present SouthPrint’s manufacturing capabilities, pricing, quality, and service advantages to potential clients.
• Collaborate with customer service, estimating, sourcing, production, and art teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Focus on developing long-term strategic accounts rather than one-time transactions.
• Meet and strive to exceed sales and profitability goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in apparel, promotional products, screen printing, embroidery, or related industries.
• Existing industry relationships are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of garment decoration, apparel sourcing, or manufacturing is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline.
• Ability to travel as needed to customers and industry events.
