Job Description
The Preconstruction Business Development Manager role at Buda WW, LLC focuses on building strategic relationships with general contractors, architects, designers, and owners to identify and pursue opportunities in architectural millwork and casework. This onsite position in Buda, Texas offers a compensation range of USD 85,000 to 120,000 per year.
Responsibilities
The role emphasizes cultivating partnerships with key project stakeholders and guiding pursuits from early concept to contract award.
- Build and nurture partnerships with general contractors, architects, designers, and owners.
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities.
- Steer project pursuits from initial concept through contract award.
- Coordinate with estimating and operations teams to align opportunity pursuit with delivery capabilities.
- Position the organization as the preferred partner for architectural millwork and casework.
Requirements
A successful candidate will bring relevant experience and a proven ability to convert opportunities into awarded work.
- Experience in architectural millwork, casework, commercial construction, or related industries.
- Solid understanding of construction documents and the estimating workflow.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of generating and closing business opportunities.
