RV Sales Manager

Keystone RV Center is hiring an onsite RV Sales Manager in Greencastle, PA to lead the sales team, build sales strategy, and grow customer acquisition and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales team to achieve growth and meet established sales targets
• Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence
• Recruit sales representatives and own goal setting, coaching, and performance monitoring
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs
• Provide sales, revenue, and expense reporting along with realistic forecasts to management
• Track emerging markets and market shifts, staying current on new products and competitor activity

Requirements

• Prior experience as a sales representative or sales manager with a record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Commitment to ongoing learning through workshops, seminars, and conferences
• Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated capability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business judgment and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people-management skills
• Dealership experience
• Sales management experience
• Public speaking abilities
• Retail sales background
• Customer service expertise
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to mentor and lead a sales team
• Proficiency in outbound sales techniques

• Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
• Experience: Sales management (5 years, Required)

Pay: $135,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year (USD 135,000 - 200,000 annually)
