Sales Development Representative

ARCH Premiers is seeking a Sales Development Representative for its Fremont, CA team, focused on retail-based sales presentations and weekly sales coaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive retail sales presentations for top client brands
• Attend weekly sales training and participate in coaching sessions
• Support team building and mentorship within the sales group

Requirements

• Highly developed communication skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and career oriented
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
• Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills applicable to multiple career paths
• Ability to commute daily to the Fremont office
• BA/BS preferred

Compensation

• $60,000 - $120,000 per year (average earning potential)
• Hourly rate plus uncapped commission and bonuses
