Sales Development Representative

ARCH Premiers is hiring a Sales Development Representative for its Fremont, CA team (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive retail sales presentations for top client brands
• Attend weekly sales training and coaching camps to improve performance
• Support team building activities and mentorship

Requirements

• Highly developed communication skills
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with a career-focused mindset
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
• Open-minded and motivated to learn a wide range of skills applicable to different career paths
• Ability to commute daily to the Fremont office
• BA/BS preferred

Compensation

• $60,000 - $120,000 per year
• Hourly rate plus uncapped commission and bonuses
• Average earning potential: $60,000 - $120,000 per year
