Sales Manager

Keystone Fence Supply Company, LLC is hiring a Sales Manager in Schaefferstown, PA to lead sales efforts, manage the end-to-end process, and support team growth onsite.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts and support continued business growth
• Oversee the sales process from initial engagement through close
• Use sales data to guide decisions and improve performance
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy
• Drive achievement of established sales goals
• Coach and develop team members to help them succeed
• Maintain a collaborative environment and build a cohesive sales team
• Work effectively with company leaders

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven success in sales, account management, or business development
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including developing people and teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (essential)
• Community involvement (desired)

Position Qualifications

• Understanding of construction, agriculture, building supply, or related industries (plus, but not required)
• Ability to advance and leverage technology for operational efficiencies (strongly preferred)
