Responsibilities
- Inspire and guide the automotive sales team to meet or exceed targets through tailored coaching and performance oversight.
- Design and implement strategic sales plans aimed at high end clients, dealer networks, and corporate accounts to grow market share.
- Oversee the complete sales pipeline from initial prospecting to deal closure, including cold calling, outbound outreach, and upsell opportunities.
- Build durable customer relationships by delivering exceptional service, participating in public speaking engagements, and presenting persuasive proposals.
- Leverage CRM systems to monitor leads, maintain customer data, and analyze sales trends to drive ongoing improvement.
- Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels for both retail and dealership requirements.
- Coordinate marketing efforts to attract new clients, promote promotions, and strengthen brand visibility in the automotive sector.
- Negotiate with B2B clients and premium customers to close transactions on favorable terms.
- Support the sales team with outbound calls, follow up communications, and customer support tasks while upholding professional phone etiquette.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in automobile sales or dealership settings, with a proven record of high end sales achievements.
- Proven competence in outside sales, B2B engagements, negotiation, and upselling strategies.
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency to engage diverse client bases effectively.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple accounts within a structured sales pipeline.
- Proficiency with CRM software and retail math for inventory control and data analysis.
- Strong communication skills suitable for public speaking and customer interactions.
- Experience in retail sales environments with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
