Job Description

Eddy's Everything is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead its automotive sales operation on site in Wichita. This role centers on guiding a motivated sales team, shaping effective selling strategies for cars and other vehicles, and driving performance across the dealership. The right candidate will combine leadership credibility with a data-driven approach to forecasting and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and train the sales team
  • Coordinate schedules and approve vacation requests
  • Establish sales targets, monitor performance, and adjust plans as needed
  • Evaluate current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement enhancements
  • Deliver precise sales forecasts
  • Coach and mentor team members, providing constructive feedback
  • Cultivate a high-energy yet collaborative team culture
  • Assess individual performance through observation and metrics, and recommend corrective actions as needed
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports and records for company reporting

Requirements

  • 3-5 years sales experience
  • Minimum experience: 2 years
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead a team to obtain and meet goals/quotas
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in computer software
  • Customer service: 2 years (Required)
  • Automotive sales: 2 years (Required)
  • Driver's License (Required)
