Job Description

Granite Empire of Cincinnati is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead our West Chester showroom-based team. This role blends strategic leadership with direct closing, requiring you to coach reps, manage daily sales activity, and personally drive revenue through high-ticket deals. You’ll oversee CRM discipline, run daily meetings, and ensure the pipeline remains healthy and productive.

Responsibilities

  • Close your own deals drawn from showroom and inbound leads
  • Track and manage all activity inside the CRM on a daily basis
  • Lead daily sales meetings and maintain accountability across the team
  • Train new hires and elevate existing reps
  • Recruit and replace underperforming performers
  • Assist sales reps in closing deals on the spot
  • Handle escalated customer situations and complaints
  • Maintain follow-ups, pipeline visibility, and performance metrics

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or a team lead
  • Background in high ticket sales such as home improvement, construction, or related fields
  • Strong closer who can sell as well as manage
  • Experience managing a CRM and sales pipelines
  • Ability to train, enforce structure, and hold team members accountable
  • Comfort with hiring and firing decisions
  • High ownership mindset

Pay

Base salary: $65,000 plus commissions. Total potential: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
