Sales Manager in Training

Join Home Genius Exteriors in Montrose, VA onsite and build toward a 2-quarter Sales Manager leadership track focused on in-home selling and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Learn and master the proven in-home sales process
• Sell roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Set the standard through performance, accountability, and professionalism
• Hit key performance benchmarks consistently
• Mentor and coach new sales representatives
• Run trainings, team huddles, and ride-alongs
• Support accountability, culture, and results across the team
• Contribute to the development of future top performers

Requirements

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in home improvement or a similar industry
• Proven track record selling high-ticket products or services
• Strong communication skills with leadership potential
• Competitive mindset and desire to build a high-performing team

Compensation

• USD 100,000 - 300,000 per year
• $150,000 - $300,000+ uncapped earning potential
• Weekly commission pay + Performance bonuses
