Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Sales Account Executives to exceed revenue targets.
- Recruit top talent, provide onboarding and ongoing development for the sales team.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to optimize performance and achieve quotas.
- Set clear personal contribution targets to drive individual success.
- Establish a structured weekly pipeline cadence to ensure accountability and daily activity execution.
- Partner with branch specialists and service technicians to deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
- Provide constructive written feedback with clear direction for improvement and recovery actions.
- Address client sales requests through innovative problem solving and tailored recommendations.
- Empower the team with sales enablement tools and education to uncover new opportunities.
- Continuously enhance your own knowledge through educational webinars and social selling to maximize meeting opportunities.
- Deliver sales quotas and results to the marketplace GM/GSM with compelling performance narratives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of relentless B2B sales experience in the technology sector.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and virtual meeting platforms to support assertive sales discussions.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems for active pipeline management.
- Valid US driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Experience selling document technology services and solutions preferred.
- Demonstrated enterprise selling skills at senior levels with engagement of key decision-makers.
- Solutions-oriented with strong complex problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience creating and delivering professional sales presentations.
