Job Description

As Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee diagnostic imaging sales across Colorado (onsite) and Billings, MT, guiding a team of Diagnostic Imaging Specialists, directing territory planning and budgeting, and ensuring alignment with Lumexa Imaging's sales strategy.

Responsibilities

Develops both short-term targets and long-range strategy for the territory.
Recruits and onboards Diagnostic Imaging Specialists.
Uses data analytics to refine targeting and allocate resources effectively.
Conducts field visits with customers and partners.
Manages engagement and relationships with key customers.
Collaborates with and executes the Lumexa Sales strategy.
Reviews and manages monthly territory expense reports.
Coaches and develops Diagnostic Imaging Specialists.
Participates in annual budget review and planning.
Ensures understanding and adherence to corporate compliance policies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
Two to three years of team leadership experience.
Five years of direct outside sales experience in a healthcare related field.
Ability to motivate teams through goal setting, accountability, and recognition programs.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of operating in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment.
Strong business acumen with analytical skills, including experience using CRM and business intelligence tools to identify trends and maximize results.
Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization to build advocacy and deliver results.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
