Job Description

As Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee diagnostic imaging sales across Colorado (onsite) and Billings, MT, guiding a team of Diagnostic Imaging Specialists, directing territory planning and budgeting, and ensuring alignment with Lumexa Imaging's sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develops both short-term targets and long-range strategy for the territory.
  • Recruits and onboards Diagnostic Imaging Specialists.
  • Uses data analytics to refine targeting and allocate resources effectively.
  • Conducts field visits with customers and partners.
  • Manages engagement and relationships with key customers.
  • Collaborates with and executes the Lumexa Sales strategy.
  • Reviews and manages monthly territory expense reports.
  • Coaches and develops Diagnostic Imaging Specialists.
  • Participates in annual budget review and planning.
  • Ensures understanding and adherence to corporate compliance policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Two to three years of team leadership experience.
  • Five years of direct outside sales experience in a healthcare related field.
  • Ability to motivate teams through goal setting, accountability, and recognition programs.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of operating in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong business acumen with analytical skills, including experience using CRM and business intelligence tools to identify trends and maximize results.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization to build advocacy and deliver results.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
