Regional Sales Manager
Job Description
As Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee diagnostic imaging sales across Colorado (onsite) and Billings, MT, guiding a team of Diagnostic Imaging Specialists, directing territory planning and budgeting, and ensuring alignment with Lumexa Imaging's sales strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develops both short-term targets and long-range strategy for the territory.
- Recruits and onboards Diagnostic Imaging Specialists.
- Uses data analytics to refine targeting and allocate resources effectively.
- Conducts field visits with customers and partners.
- Manages engagement and relationships with key customers.
- Collaborates with and executes the Lumexa Sales strategy.
- Reviews and manages monthly territory expense reports.
- Coaches and develops Diagnostic Imaging Specialists.
- Participates in annual budget review and planning.
- Ensures understanding and adherence to corporate compliance policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Two to three years of team leadership experience.
- Five years of direct outside sales experience in a healthcare related field.
- Ability to motivate teams through goal setting, accountability, and recognition programs.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of operating in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment.
- Strong business acumen with analytical skills, including experience using CRM and business intelligence tools to identify trends and maximize results.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization to build advocacy and deliver results.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
