Full time Manager Account Management Business Development

District Sales Manager for Central Michigan onsite in Lansing, MI, leading the area sales team to drive growth and profitability.

Lead and mentor a sales team of representatives with clear goals, strong accountability, and a focus on continuous improvement to exceed budgets.
Develop and implement the annual district sales and expense plan at the representative and account level, aligned with business objectives.
Design innovative strategies to increase margins, expand account penetration, and cultivate durable partnerships.
Work cross functionally to ensure seamless customer service and effective solution delivery.
Foster a positive, high performance culture that supports the Service First philosophy.
Track district results including product mix, line-item growth, profitability, receivables, and market opportunities.
Lead sales meetings, product trainings, workshops, and field development experiences.
Collaborate with HR and Sales leadership to recruit, onboard, and coach strong sales talent.
Provide ongoing performance feedback and professional development plans, celebrate wins, and develop future leaders.

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
Minimum five years of proven sales experience in the foodservice industry.
Demonstrated leadership experience, coaching acumen, and the ability to energize others.
Strong communication, influencing ability, and confident presentation skills.
Proven capability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and craft winning sales plans.
High organizational skills, results-driven mindset, and a service-oriented approach.
Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on field leadership.
