Job Description
Einride is seeking a remote, North America based Business Development / Account Manager to drive new business with Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts and oversee freight transport electrification rollouts across the region.
Responsibilities
- Identify and close new business opportunities across North America with Mid-Market and Enterprise clients
- Plan and execute electrification rollout projects for freight transport with both new and existing customers
- Own the full customer lifecycle from initial prospecting and contract through onboarding, training, and expansion
- Train customer teams on Einride equipment, software, and best practices to maximize fleet performance and utilization
- Lead quarterly business reviews and develop account growth plans to expand revenue within the portfolio
- Collaborate with Commercial, Product, and Operations teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
- Develop subject matter expertise in Einride's service offerings, business model, and proprietary software
- Travel up to 25 percent to visit clients, support rollouts, and build relationships on the ground
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in business development, account management, logistics, supply chain, fleet management, or related fields
- At least 3 years in a shipper or customer facing business development or account management role
- Proven track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts
- Understanding of freight modes such as drayage, intermodal, LTL, and cross-border is a plus
- Experience with business intelligence tools, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Independent, hands-on problem solver who takes ownership and delivers results under pressure
- Genuine enthusiasm for sustainability, climate tech, and the future of transportation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
