Business Development Officer

What you’ll do

As a Business Development Officer, you will focus on finding new opportunities, growing existing accounts, and increasing sales revenue. The role combines market research, outreach, relationship building, and structured pipeline management to help KUBER IMPEX INC expand its client base.

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities using market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain client relationships, understand customer needs, and tailor solutions.
• Lead negotiations, deal closing, and contract discussions to secure new business agreements.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and other teams to align strategies and improve outreach.
• Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar systems.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports on business development activity, and adjust strategy as needed.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in business development management or enterprise selling, including a record of expanding client bases.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and Salesforce Cloud platforms.
• Strong sales negotiation, deal closing, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for client engagement and cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to develop strategic plans, prospect effectively, and execute marketing initiatives.
