Business Development Partner Manager - Apple Services

Job Description

Apple is seeking a Partner Manager to help grow Apple Services through strategic media and entertainment subscription partnerships. This role supports global partner success by coordinating across teams, tracking partner performance, and leading partner onboarding for Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Arcade, Apple News+, and Apple Fitness+.

Role Focus

You will develop and maintain relationships with key partners while aligning partnership goals with Apple business objectives. The position includes acting as the main partner contact, supporting smooth day-to-day communication, and driving continuous improvement through performance monitoring and optimization recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with key global partners to drive business growth and mutual success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, operations, and analytics, to align partnership strategies with key business goals.
  • Lead onboarding and ongoing partner management to ensure seamless partner engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless day-to-day communication and issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in partner management, business development, or strategic account management within media, tech, banking, or consulting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including building working relationships inside and outside of Apple.
  • Strong attention to detail, with exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships across multiple teams.
  • Proactive, self-starter mentality with a results-driven approach.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and structuring partnership agreements.
  • Analytical mindset to assess data and make strategic decisions.
  • Keen product sense and passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Comfort managing ambiguity while delivering projects to completion in fast-paced environments.
  • Expertise building business cases, including strategy development and financial analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 15 years of direct experience within the music, entertainment, and/or subscription industry.

Culver City, CA (onsite)

Pay & Benefits

  • Base pay range: USD 142,600 - 266,000 per year
  • Base pay is determined within the range based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
