Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations of the Enterprise Business Development team in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide guidance on complex projects and initiatives to ensure delivery within scope and timelines
  • Coordinate enterprise priority messaging and materials with sector and corporate staff to guide execution of strategy
  • Collaborate with business management, strategy, global supply chain, and engineering to achieve goals for the Enterprise Business Development team
  • Leverage digital tools to streamline processes in line with the Northrop Grumman Business Acquisition Process and growth objectives
  • Maintain meeting and event records using tools such as Salesforce and track follow-up actions
  • Assist in analyzing the competitive landscape, NG capabilities, and constraints to determine the best BD strategy
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the BD organization
  • Support the development of executive-level presentations
  • Perform other operations and integration activities as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to support large, diverse teams across multiple locations
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities, including interface with executives and senior leaders
  • Ability to provide independent critical assessments that improve outcomes for the Enterprise
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling special projects
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Active Secret clearance required and must be maintained
