Business Development Representative

Secure24 is seeking a full-time Business Development Representative for an in-person role based in Earth City, MO. This position emphasizes consultative selling, combining ongoing account opportunity growth with active lead generation and prospecting to build a pipeline of new business.

Role Overview

In this position, you will work to maintain and expand existing business opportunities within the customer base supported by the team. Alongside that focus, the role includes identifying, qualifying, and developing new opportunities through prospecting, outbound dialing, and partner outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by the team to improve sales results
• Identify, qualify, and develop a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
• Perform heavy lead generation through prospecting and outbound dialing
• Prospect and cultivate potential business partners
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment

Compensation

The salary range for this full-time role is $60,000 to $85,000 per year.

• Work location: In person
• Location: Earth City, MO (onsite)
• Preferred commute: Earth City, MO 63045
• Preferred relocation: Earth City, MO 63045 (relocate before starting work)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday (no nights or weekends)
