The work centers on helping Realtors and homeowners get properties market-ready, with HOMEstretch acting as a trusted point of contact to manage the process start to finish. You will combine outbound outreach with follow-through, learning each partner’s business and identifying where HOMEstretch can solve problems for their clients.
What you’ll do

- Reach out through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn to start conversations and book meetings
- Clearly explain how HOMEstretch helps Realtors and homeowners prepare homes for the market
- Learn partner businesses and identify opportunities where HOMEstretch can support clients
- Book and support brokerage presentations, sales-office meetings, and partner follow-ups, attending in person as needed
- Maintain a consistent prospecting and follow-up rhythm to keep opportunities moving
- Expand referral channels to include estate attorneys, senior move managers, relocation firms, and organizers
- Log all activity, contacts, and referrals in the CRM
- Track and report weekly and quarterly goals including calls, meetings booked, new referral partners, referrals, and projects
- Work with the owner and operations team to ensure referred clients have a great experience
- Share insights from the market to help shape the sales approach
What you bring
- Comfort initiating conversations by phone with people you do not know
- A consultative approach that emphasizes listening and solving problems rather than pushing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated work style with the ability to manage a pipeline independently
- Comfort operating in a startup environment where processes are still developing
- Experience using a CRM, email, and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local in-person meetings
- Sales, business development, or customer-facing experience is a plus, especially in real estate, home services, mortgage, title, senior living, or relocation
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
Tools and technologies
- CRM
- Microsoft Office
Compensation and benefits
- $40,000 to $50,000 base salary, depending on experience
- Quarterly bonus based on meeting agreed targets
- Health insurance reimbursement available
- Hybrid schedule (remote outreach with periodic in-person time)
- Direct mentorship from the owner and a clear path to grow as the business expands
Most of your outreach will be conducted through phone, email, and LinkedIn, with regular in-person time for team meetings, brokerage visits, and networking events. As the business grows, the role is designed to develop into opportunities such as field business development, account management, or sales leadership.
