Client Services and Business Development Support Associate
Job Description
Questmont Virtual Family Office operates as a boutique wealth management firm that prioritizes tailored client service. Based in Tampa and working onsite, the in-office team relies on a highly organized coordinator to manage relationships, track leads and prospects, and prepare client paperwork. This role provides essential administrative support to advisers and helps the practice stay proactive and well organized.
Location: Tampa, FL (onsite)
Responsibilities
- Manage and track centers of influence and partner relationships, including interactions, follow-ups, referrals, leads, and prospects
- Distribute and monitor thought leadership materials, invitations, newsletters, and other relationship-building items
- Publish approved thought leadership content on social media
- Maintain organized tracking systems for prospects, centers of influence, partners, and business development activities
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and prospects and prevent items from slipping through the cracks
- Prepare and organize client paperwork, applications, signatures, and service requests, and track status
- Provide administrative, operational, and project support to advisers and the team

Compensation
