Job Description
Aeternum Capital offers a full-time, onsite opportunity in New York's wealth management practice. This Cold Caller / Business Development Associate role provides an hourly rate of USD 30 to 36, with performance-based bonuses and a clear path to Junior Wealth Advisor. The program includes paid training and ongoing mentorship as part of a structured growth track, fostering a collaborative culture that supports long-term careers in wealth management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to high-level executives, primarily within the technology sector.
- Articulate our firm's philosophy, services, and differentiators with professionalism and nuance.
- Identify prospective clients' financial needs and assess alignment with our advisory process.
- Schedule and coordinate introductory consultations for senior advisors.
- Maintain detailed outreach notes in CRM systems to support traceability.
- Collaborate with advisors to refine messaging, targeting, and engagement strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship as part of the junior advisor growth track.
Requirements
- Exceptional verbal communication: articulate, polished, and confident.
- Strong intellect, quick learning ability, and comfort with sophisticated conversations.
- Professional demeanor suitable for engaging with senior executives.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and driven by performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for basic data management, tracking, sorting, and filtering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for calendar management and structured email communication.
- Desire to build a long-term career in wealth management.
- Experience with CRM systems.
