Door-to-Door Sales Manager / Team Leader

SpotOn Roofing and Exterior is hiring a hands-on Door-to-Door Sales Team Leader for its Zanesville, OH territory with hybrid work arrangements. This role is built for someone who can produce personally in the field while coaching a team to better homeowner conversations, clearer follow-up, and consistent daily execution. You will also play a key part in protecting the customer experience through honest information, clear communication, and realistic expectations.

Compensation includes a base salary with commissions tied to both individual and team production, giving you a direct role in your own results and the team’s momentum.

What you’ll do

• Lead from the front: Knock doors, generate your own deals, and model the habits you expect from your reps.
• Develop your team: Coach homeowner conversations, objection handling, follow-up, and the kind of consistent daily effort that holds up when the day gets difficult.
• Own performance: Set clear expectations, track activity and results, and address issues promptly so performance problems do not get ignored.
• Protect the customer experience: Ensure homeowners receive honest information, clear communication, and realistic expectations throughout the process.

Compensation

• $120,000 - $250,000 per year
• Three ways to earn: Base salary + commission on your own deals + commission on your entire team’s production.
