Job Description

This onsite LifeStyle Sales Director role in Bonita Springs, FL combines a base salary with a tiered commission structure, offering leadership in inside and outside sales, marketing, and occupancy growth within a collaborative, resident-focused environment.
As a member of the Leadership Team, you will drive comprehensive outreach and sales programs, train staff, and partner across departments to sustain census goals while delivering exceptional service to residents and their families.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with the Leadership team about marketing, sales, and occupancy support needs.
- Develop and execute marketing plans for inside sales and outside business development.
- Organize and manage a successful networking and community outreach program.
- Track and nurture all prospects using the designated sales software.
- Maintain census at or above budgeted occupancy levels.
- Monitor and manage the marketing budget.
- Set, track, and achieve monthly targets for completed calls, mailings, leads, appointments, presentations, and closings per the Monthly Marketing Plan.
- Build a positive rapport with prospective residents and their families.
- Ensure model suites are well maintained and ready for move-in day.
- Assist in planning and delivering in-service training, tours, and presentations.
- Provide tour and customer service training to staff.
- Prepare written and oral reports and meet with the Executive Director as directed.
- Oversee and coordinate the new resident move-in process with the appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with other members of the Leadership Team.
- Conduct effective sales meetings.
- Submit recommendations to the Executive Director on budget, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensure adequate supplies and equipment are available to meet day-to-day operational needs of the Community Relations Department.
- Participate in weekly occupancy and focus calls as required.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience selling luxury living, timeshare, country club, or yacht club memberships; include metrics and production information with your resume.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience in the Bonita Springs, Naples, Estero markets to hit the ground running.
- Positive, high-energy personality.
- Proven ability to drive both inside sales and proactive outside business development, with emphasis on lead generation, relationship building, and sustained occupancy growth.
- Inside sales and outside business development experience.
- Blue sky selling skills preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassion for older adults.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Suite.
- Solid CRM experience; Yardi and Welcome Home knowledge is a bonus.
