Onsite in Raleigh, NC, this role offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 122,700 to 302,400. You will lead the growth of Accenture’s Microsoft business by originating, shaping, and advancing opportunities across Microsoft AI, data, customer experience, security, and industry platforms. Expect 25 to 50 percent travel to support client needs and executive engagements. Responsibilities

Develop and execute joint Accenture-Microsoft growth strategies and co-sell motions for assigned accounts and clients.
Build executive relationships with Microsoft Partner Development Managers, Customer Engineers, Industry Leaders, and Account Teams.
Originate opportunities involving Microsoft Technologies.
Collaborate with Accenture and Avanade Microsoft leadership to drive pipeline growth.
Lead executive workshops, innovation sessions, and value realization discussions.
Develop business cases and ROI narratives aligning technology investments with measurable business outcomes.
Influence Microsoft leadership to position Accenture as the preferred transformation partner.
Create differentiated industry solutions, thought leadership, and joint offerings aligned to Microsoft priorities.
Enable Accenture and Microsoft field teams on joint value propositions and strategic growth plays.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of business development, sales, alliance, or consulting experience.
Minimum 10 years of complex pursuit management and opportunity development experience.
Experience selling or shaping enterprise technology transformation programs.
Strong understanding of AI, analytics, data, customer experience, or cybersecurity solutions.
Proven executive relationship management skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years of work experience.
