Outside Media Sales/Marketing Consultant

River Media is expanding a digital marketing and advertising division by building a new outside media sales and marketing team. This full-time role is based in Joplin, MO and focuses on outside advertising sales with an immediate results focus, including an opportunity to advance toward a Sales Manager position based on performance and leadership.

Role Overview

As an outside media sales/marketing consultant, you will function as an advertising-focused sales representative, operating with a base salary plus uncapped commissions. The position is designed for independent sellers who can build lasting customer relationships, deliver compelling presentations, and close sales. There is also potential for progression into a Sales Manager role.

Compensation

• Salary range: USD 19,000 - 130,000 per year
• Compensation structure: Base salary plus uncapped commissions

Required Qualifications

• Background in mass media and digital platforms (preferred)
